衰人租了車了.  幸好toyota 肯等我們, 因為去到都要 7:30pm.

We can wait until the flight which arrives at 20:00. Because your flight arrives at 19:45, we will happily wait for you to arrive. But please contact us if you find out your flight delays so that we do not have to worry. Also does your mobile phone work  in Japan? We would like to have your contact number in case you are late.



Please be sure to have following matters when you leave for Japan.
Japanese law requires international driver's license under Geneva Treaty of 1949 to drive in Japan.
We request you to pay with a credit card, not cash, when you pick up the car.
Japanese law requires a Baby/ Child/ Junior seat for a child under 6 years old.
・Your reservation will be cancelled in case that there is no sign from you 30 minutes after your flight arrival.

◆ Cancellation Policy ◆
We take cancellation fee under our cancellation policy as below.

Until 7 days before your departure: None
6 - 3 days before your departure: 20% of estimated amount
2 - 1 days before your departure: 30% of estimated amount
On your departure day or after: 50% of estimated amount

When you arrive at New Chitose airport, please visit TOYOTA Rent a Car counter.
It locates on the 1st floor in the center building of the airport.

*How to get to TOYOTA Rent a Car counter
(From domestic arrival gate)
①       Go downstairs by escalator in front of the arrival gate.
②       Walk through the underground to the ticket gate of JR train.
③       Go upstairs by escalator in front of the ticket gate.
④       There is TOYOTA Rent a Car counter on the 1st floor.

(From international arrival gate)
①       Walk toward ANA arrival gate.
②       Go downstairs by escalator in front of ANA arrival gate.
③       Walk through the underground to the ticket gate of JR train.
④       Go upstairs by escalator in front of the ticket gate.
⑤       There is TOYOTA Rent a Car counter on the 1st floor.

Please tell your name at the counter. Then our shuttle bus brings you to our office, where your car is arranged.
